Our store has been open for over a day now, and things are going swimmingly well!
We've been asked a few times about tracking your orders from the old store in the new store, so I wanted to clear a few things up about that:
- Accounts did not transfer from the old store. There was not a clean way to do that. You will need to create a new account for any orders in the new store.
- The old store did not track order status! You would have received a shipping email with tracking number when your order shipped....
